2.2 Content Guidelines: You agree not to post content that violates any applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms. Cremecard reserves the right to remove or disable access to any content that violates these guidelines.

3.1 Earnings: Creators and influencers may have the opportunity to monetize their content on Cremecard. Details about earnings, payment methods, and revenue sharing will be outlined in separate agreements or documentation provided by Cremecard.

4.1 Respectful Conduct: You agree to engage in respectful and positive interactions with other users on Cremecard. Harassment, hate speech, or any form of harmful behavior is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Governing Law: Most of our services that’s Influenxio LLC, a US company operating under US law. These Terms are also governed by the laws of the US. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the US.
