Two things to
successfully connect your Instagram account：

1. Your Instagram account must be a Creator or Business account.

​Check the type of Instagram account：
 

  1. Go to your profile page on Instagram and tap        on the top right corner and tap      .

  2. Scroll all the way down, and tap Account type and tools

  3. If you see the Switch to professional account option, that means your account is of the personal type.

2. Your Instagram account must be connected to a Facebook Page.

Check if Instagram account is linked to a Facebook Page：

  1. Go to your Instagram profile on the app.

  2. Tap Edit Profile.

  3. Under the Profile Information / Public Business Information section, tap Page.

  4. Here,

    1. If you are asked to Connect to a Facebook Page, it means that your Instagram account is NOT linked to a Facebook page.

    2. If you are asked to Manage Connection, it means that your Instagram account is linked to a Facebook page.
